Cozy neighborhood coffee cafe with their own roasts, in house pastries, seasonal drinks, and some hot food offerings. Coffee was solid and the pastries were very good, especially the French toast muffins. The avocado toast was one of the best we've ever had across all of the shops we've been to. Staff were very friendly and there's patio space outside, weather permitting. Very worth your time to go to this one!

They're pretty packed most of the time and for good reason. Quite a wide variety of coffees and teas. Hot chocolate is available. Snacks are plentiful. Wait time varies by capacity. Great service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

The cafe was cozy and the staff were nice and attentive. I ordered a cafe cappuccino with oat milk and a tasted great, the coffee itself tasted good and wasn't too bitter or acidic. The space is a little small but there's plenty of chairs and tables and I was able to get work done during my visit. Just know that food is really limited to pastries which I may try next time but wasn't able to this time.

Their coffee lattes cortado even teas are so good but their OPEN TOASTS are die for!! They’re not just pretty looking but so tasty!!! Their pastries are also so yummy!! Chocolate pudding bread is so soft and good! So happy to find such a cute cozy place with awesome foods and coffees ...

If I may suggest a title, it would be called "A New Lease on Life." The pastry and coffee were truly exceptional. As I savored the pastry, I experienced a profound sense of contentment and tranquility. It was as if all my worries and concerns had temporarily vanished. The coffee, expertly crafted, invigorated me in a most delightful manner. My day was not only made but my entire week! After respectfully trying 25 coffee shops in Chicago so far, this establishment has become my new favorite, with Sweet Moon now being my second favorite. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The two ladies will become a regular soon!

If you're looking for a great coffee spot in Lincoln Park, Doppio Coffee House is a must-visit. I had the hazelnut latte, and it was absolutely delicious—smooth, flavorful, and not too sweet. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I also grabbed a classic sprinkle donut, and it was fresh, soft, and just the right amount of sweet—total nostalgia in the best way. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and everything feels thoughtfully done. Highly recommend for your next coffee and pastry fix!

Just dropped by Doppio Coffee House on Greenview and had a wicked chill morning. Grabbed an iced almond joy latte and a maple bacon scone, then perched on their terrace—perfect spot for people-watching. Coffee was spot-on, staff super friendly, and vibe’s low-key Lakeview cool. Cozy, no fuss, and exactly what you need to kick off your day. Will be back for sure!

Friendly and a great place to sit and complete work. Staff was helpful and offered great recommendations. I had the avocado toast, an oatmeal bar, latte, and raspberry tea on my three hours here (needed to get work done and wanted a place to do it). All delicious. I forgot to take a picture. Here's one of an empty plate and almost empty drink lol
